Dark Chocolate Health Benefits

Sunday, January 24th, 2010

More and more research is coming out to the health benefits of dark chocolate. It’s a pretty exciting time, as our Xocai – Healthy Chocolate Business gives you a huge opportunity to capitalize on this health craze, and earn a part time or even full time income sharing what 9 out of 10 people already enjoy and eat…CHOCOLATE!

One thing I want to say right here and now that I don’t want you to be mislead or get confused at the dark chocolate you see on store shelves…especially the ones that say they have 70% or more raw cacao in them. The way most commercial dark chocolate is processed is by heat. During this ‘heat’ process, the majority of the very valuable antioxidants are now gone. So when you see a lable that says, the above, be aware, that most of the antioxidants are gone, so that dark chocolate, although good, and healthy, is not as healthy as dark chocolate that is “cold processed’ like Xocai – Healthy Chocolate.

Let’s now move onto the health benefits of Xocai Dark Chocolate (results will vary with each individual):

  • High in antioxidants (which aid in fighting disease, lower blood pressure, and even weight loss).
  • AppetiteĀ suppressant (may in some cases reduce the urge to eat more).
  • No caffiene (so does not give you that jolt).
  • No refined sugars (helps you maintain blood sugar, unlike commercial chocolates full of sugars).
  • No fillers or waxes.
  • Can lower gum disease occurrence and cavities.
  • May help liver function.
  • For some, may help stop joint inflammation.
  • May also aid in fighting depression for some people.

As you can see, this is pretty substantial. Also, I might add the Xocai is undergoing clinical trials from a third party, and will come out with the results when done, but early signs are showing the above mentioned health benefits for eating Xocai Dark Chocolate.

Is Chocolate Bad For Your Health

Saturday, January 23rd, 2010

Is chocolate bad for you? This is a question that is becoming very popular among baby boomers and health conscious people wanting to improve quality of life. There are many different types of chocolate, but the most common kind sold in stores (milk chocolate) is stripped of most of it’s antioxidants, and has caffeine, refined sugars, waxes and fillers in it.

On the other hand, raw, unprocessed, dark chocolate is very healthy for you. As long as it is not processed by heat, which most of the commercial dark chocolates are. The MXI Corp. has created a category leader in healthy chocolate called Xocai. This is a patent-protected “cold pressed” process which retains 70-80% of the antioxidants, and also has the number 2 superfood, the Acai Berry mixed in for a double benefit.

A higher level of antioxidants are far better in fighting free radicals and disease in our bodies. The deletion of refined sugars also is great for diabetics, and anyone looking to lose weight and maintain stable blood sugar levels.

The Xocai, healthy dark chocolate actually suppresses your appetite which helps you lose weight quickly, easily and effectively. These antioxidants fighting free radicals can dramatically decrease inflammation (aches and pains) in the body, but every person is different, so results may very.
