Billion Dollar Chocolate Market In Arizona?

Wednesday, September 29th, 2010

Own Your Own Scottsdale Healthy Chocolate Business If you have been toying with the idea of starting your own home-based Cave Creek healthy chocolate business, I have a suggestion. Pick any a weight-loss chocolate product; Xocai Nuggets, Xocai Omega Squares, the Xocai protein bar, Activ, Sipping Xocolate, the Xocai Powerhouse cookie, or the Xocai protein shake. Now, figure out which Scottsdale submarkets would be most interested in that particular antioxidant chocolate product.

When I tried this little exercise for several different Xocai weight-loss chocolate products, I was surprised at the diverse demographics of the Arizona healthy chocolate submarkets. It re-affirmed the fact that the global chocolate market does include virtually everyone.

There are people in every Arizona city, age group and socio-economic class that consume chocolate daily. A significant portion of these Scottsdale and Phoenix chocolate lovers are concerned about the high fat content of traditional chocolate snacks sold everywhere in Scottsdale.

It is no Cave Creek MLM secret that the demand for healthy chocolate is steadily increasing, right along with the median age of Scottsdale boomers.

For an informative, delicious and energetic, positive Xocai review, join me at my next Cave Creek healthy chocolate meeting. Call 480-209-3737 for the time, date and location.

Eat chocolate. Get Healthy. Live Wealthy.

What is the Best Scottsdale Energy Drink?

Wednesday, September 29th, 2010

Cave Creek Business Opportunity Are energy drinks a recent Cave Creek phenomenon? Though Red Bull may claim they invented the super-potent beverage, many ancient cultures concocted herbal energy drinks centuries before Red Bull sold their first can. Xocai’s Xe energy drink embodies the best of the proven natural energy boosters from around the globe.

Let’s look at the ingredients in Xocai’s Xe Proprietary Pure Energy Blend.

Maca
Maca, like acai, is a superfood from South America. Cultivated by ancient Peruvians, maca is now used internationally as a safe, herbal medicine to aid weight loss, increase bone strength, promote mental acuity, and increase libido (can Rock Star do that?).

Ginseng
The Chinese have used ginseng for centuries as an energy booster, memory aid, heart medicine and overall health supplement. Because of its effectiveness, most other countries have adopted ginseng as well.

Sucramalt
This low glycemic index sweetener slowly releases carbohydrates into your system. Because it prevents blood sugar spikes, it also suppresses appetite because blood sugar surges stimulate hunger pangs.

Yerba Mate
Another South American plant, yerba mate is packed with antioxidants and provides sustained physical energy without the jitters that can make it hard to focus.

Quercetin
A plant-based flavonoid that is believed to reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, asthma and reduce the symptoms of diabetes.

Guarana
This natural stimulant has been used by Amazonian tribes for thousands of years as a treatment for a variety of ailments including migraines, fever, hypertension and diarrhea. Some pre-Colombian tribes ate guarana seeds prior to battle because it staved off fatigue during intense hand-to-hand combat.

Let Xocai’s Xe energy drink help you fight your daily battles. I am an independent Scottsdale healthy chocolate distributor. To order Xe, call 480-209-3737.

I am looking for chocolate lovers to sell Xocai dark chocolate in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Carefree.

What is Flexible Targeting?

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010

Arizona Million Dollar Chocolate Market As a Cave Creek Healthy Chocolate Distributor for Xocai, I use the power of direct marketing to reach Arizona chocolate buyers.

I believe Scottsdale direct marketing is not an MLM secret, but the most straightforward and effective way to sell Xocai antioxidant chocolate to Scottsdale chocolate lovers and health conscious Phoenix folks.

One of the key advantages of Carefree Xocai direct marketing (sometimes called niche marketing) is that it allows for flexible targeting. This is an efficient and inexpensive method of selling healthy chocolate to smaller well-defined submarkets in the booming Arizona, national and global chocolate market.

For example, you may be surprised to learn that one of the most lucrative Arizona healthy chocolate submarkets for the Xocai Xe Energy Drink is Scottsdale males in their twenties and thirties who drink energy drinks daily.

When I explain that Xe provides a constant surge of steady energy by promoting cellular metabolism, my prospects are curious. When they try Xe, Cave Creek’s ultimate energy drink, they give up Red Bull, Rock Star and Monster for good. (Knowing what Xe does is one thing, experiencing what Xe does is something else altogether.)

Xocai Powerhouse cookie sales are brisk in the young mom demographic. Why? Cave Creek mothers with young children want to give their kids healthy snacks. (Okay, some fathers care about healthy snacks, also.) They don’t want their kids to grow up on high-fat, chemically-infused Oreos and Chips Ahoy.

If you would like to learn about other money-making MLM secrets, let’s get together. My name is Mike Pedersen. I can be reached at 480-209-3737 and mike@healthychocolatebiz.net.

Recession Proof Healthy Chocolate For Scottsdale

Friday, September 17th, 2010

Scottsdale Hot Job In one of his always-insightful messages, Dan Martin, Xocai Vice President of distributor relations emphasized an important fact : Scottsdale Direct Marketing Businesses do well in economic downturns.

(I quote from his message with a few minor additions to personalize it for my readers):

The majority of today’s Scottsdale workforce is on the brink of economic collapse, living paycheck-to-paycheck, Arizona retirement funds dwindling or gone, and wishing they were self-employed. Carefree people can’t afford to tell their Scottsdale employer, “That’s it, I’m done.”

But our industry is booming in Arizona! Direct selling is one of the few business models that do well in Cave Creek in economic downturns. Your efforts are what allow you to break free from the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle, set realistic retirement goals, and answer only to yourself.

I am sure you don’t need Dan Martin to remind you of the barren Cave Creek economic landscape. I was feeling uneasy about my Cave Creek professional future when I took a risk and started my own Scottsdale Xocai antioxidant chocolate business.

It wasn’t necessarily a financial risk, Xocai has low start-up costs for Scottsdale and Phoenix weight-loss chocolate entrepreneurs. It was more of a psychological risk. I had to believe that Carefree home-based antioxidant chocolate business success is possible.

Fortunately, my healthy chocolate business got off the ground quickly. (That’s not surprising; I sell healthy chocolate to Scottsdale antioxidant chocolate lovers.) Early success with short-term goals builds the confidence to reach long-term financial goals.

Let’s talk about your financial future. My number is 480-209-3737 and my email address is mike@healthychocolatebiz.net.

Why Do I Sell Healthy Chocolate In Cave Creek?

Thursday, September 16th, 2010

Carefree Residual Income Sharing Xocai healthy chocolate is fun and rewarding. Of course, I love the money, but I also enjoy introducing people to a delicious chocolate product that is actually good for your health.

Many Scottsdale healthy chocolate lovers are diabetics. Before they began eating Xocai healthy dark chocolate, some of them had not enjoyed chocolate for years! That is very hard for me to imagine. As far as I am concerned, chocolate ranks right up there with the air I breathe.

My Cave Creek Xocai team members love being their own boss as they grow their Carefree antioxidant chocolate business. Sharing Xocai does not feel like ‘work’ to any of us. We succeed together as we support each other.

Would you like to put your energy and creativity into building a profitable Scottsdale business based on the world’s absolute favorite food? Unlike many MLMs, the Xocai distributor retention rate is surprisingly high. When Cave Creek people join Xocai, they quickly experience success and stay with the company. It is not difficult to persuade people to try Xocai – even the few who aren’t crazy about chocolate are curious about ‘healthy chocolate’.

The Xocai compensation plan is extremely generous. A Phoenix Xocai weight-loss chocolate distributor needs to sponsor just two people to qualify for commissions as long as the distributor continues to purchase enough product for their own use.

I would love to discuss my Xocai experience with you. For an informational no-pressure discussion, contact me at 480-209-3737 or mike@healthychocolatebiz.net. mike pedersen

Chocolate Diet In Arizona?

Wednesday, September 15th, 2010

Cave Creek Weight Loss Chocolate Eventually, it happens to every Cave Creek man or woman who has taken a haphazard approach to diet and exercise. The Health Reckoning. The Big Wake-up Call. Harsh Reality.

Call it what you may, but eventually us Carefree slackers all realize that we have to live a healthy lifestyle to feel good, look good, and stay active.

For many Scottsdale folks, that means improving diet and incorporating more exercise into chaotic schedules. Perhaps Scottsdale teens and Scottsdale twenty-somethings can function without nutritious food, adequate sleep and regular exercise without noticing any ill-effects. But that lifestyle cannot continue indefinitely without serious consequence.

Our metabolism slows down as we age. It seems to take more discipline to maintain a healthy weight at 45 vs 25, especially around Arizona. If you are having a hard time keeping your weight at a sensible level because you indulge in chocolate regularly, Xocai antioxidant chocolate is for you. Xocai delivers the dark chocolate fix without the fat and calories found in conventional chocolate products you find around Cave Creek.

My name is Mike Pedersen. I would love to chat with you about all the health benefits of Xocai healthy dark chocolate. I hold Xocai meetings at starbucks in the Cave Creek area . I invite you to join me at my next meeting. If you want to lose weight but still enjoy chocolate daily, I can show you how. Contact me at 480-209-3737 or mike@healthychocolatebiz.net for information about my next meeting.

Are You Passionate About Chocolate?

Thursday, September 9th, 2010

Health Chocolate in Cave Creek Scottsdale chocolate sales increase dramatically around Valentine’s Day. The Scottsdale Wal-Mart and Phoenix Costco often run out of Lindt and Dove special-edition Valentine’s boxes. Forgetful chocolate gift-givers dash into Cave Creek convenience stores on their way home from work, hoping to find something fancier than a Kit-Kat bar. International chocolate sales hit $345 million in February 2009. Why is this heavenly confection associated with the most romantic of all holidays?

Perhaps it is because chocolate triggers the release of endorphins. Physical intimacy also causes the release of these ‘love chemicals’ that create pleasurable feelings.

Chocolate and romance have been linked for thousands of years. The Aztecs used cacao-based beverages in rituals involving the worship of Xochiquetzal. In Aztec mythology, Xochiquetzal is the female deity linked to fertility and sexuality. In more than one culture, cacao beans were used to woo women.

Why wait for Valentine’s Day? Why don’t you treat your Cave Creek sweetheart to some decadent Xocai chocolate this week? Xocai has a complete line of delicious chocolate gifts.

If you and your lover enjoy sharing mugs of hot cocoa by a crackling fire, try Xocai Sipping Xocolate. Hot cocoa connoisseurs will appreciate the rich smoothness of Xocai’s premium hot chocolate beverage.

Your cookie lover will be in cookie heaven when you give him/her a box Xocai Powerhouse Cookies.

Xocai Nuggets are a good pick for chocolate candy eaters. If your love interest needs an energy boost, try Activ, Xe Energy or Xocai Protein Bars. (Who knows how that energy will be used?)

To order Xocai healthy chocolate in Scottsdale, call me at 480-209-3737. Chocolate passion may be just what your lover is craving. Don’t you want to find out?

Is Xocai Chocolate Really Good For You?

Wednesday, September 8th, 2010

Cave Creek Antioxidant Chocolate I was cruising around the web in my Cave Creek office the other day and came across an article from the Harvard Medical School. I was pleased to see this respected institution validate Xocai’s physiological benefits.

Here is an excerpt about endothelial function:

The endothelium is the thin inner layer of arteries. It’s responsible for producing nitric oxide, a tiny chemical that widens blood vessels and keeps their linings smooth. Can chocolate help? Doctors in Greece think it may. They fed 100 grams (about 3½ oz) of dark chocolate to 17 healthy volunteers and observed rapid improvement in endothelial function. Swiss investigators found similar effects from dark chocolate.

German scientists reported that flavanol-rich cocoa can reverse the endothelial dysfunction produced by smoking, and European doctors reported that dark chocolate appears to improve coronary artery function in heart transplant patients. There’s good news for nonsmoking, original-heart people, too, since Harvard researchers found that cocoa can blunt the endothelial dysfunction associated with aging.

I am Mike Pedersen, an independent Xocai distributor based in Cave Creek, Arizona. If you would like to try the type of healthy dark chocolate described in the Harvard Medical School article, contact me at 480-209-3737 or mike@healthychocolatebiz.net. If you live in Scottsdale, Phoenix or Carefree, you may want to come to my next Xocai healthy chocolate discussion.

Remember, you don’t have to give up ‘New York Times chocolate’ to maintain health and vigor. You can think of Xocai antioxidant chocolate as a sweet treat or as a health supplement. Either way, it will benefit both your body and mind.

Choose Xocai for Balance in Cave Creek

Friday, September 3rd, 2010

Choose Xocai for Balance in Cave Creek Most people in Cave Creek understand the importance of Omega-3 fatty acids, but many are not aware of the need for a balance of Omega-3s and Omega-6s. Unlike Omega-3, there are a multitude of Omega-6 sources. In fact, most cookies, candy, snacks and crackers contain soybean oil which is very rich in Omega-6.

“Most North Americans and Europeans now get far too much of the Omega-6s and not enough of the Omega-3s. This dietary imbalance may explain the rise of such diseases as asthma, coronary heart disease, many forms of cancer, autoimmunity and neurodegenerative diseases, all of which are believed to stem from inflammation in the body.”
Dr. Andrew Weil

The Xocai Omega Squares contain healthy chocolate and Omega-3s; a winning combo for health and vitality. They have a minimum of 200mg of DHA and EPA per three 11 gram squares. The Xocai Omega Squares are an excellent source of Omega-3 and promote the necessary balance of essential fatty acids through the Acai Berries, flaxseed and a patented, plant-based, encapsulated Omega-3.

If you usually eat a traditional dark chocolate bar every day and replace it with Xocai Omega Squares, you will benefit in three ways:

  1. You will avoid the empty calories, refined sugar and saturated fats found in ordinary chocolate candy;
  2. You will get a significant amount of Omega-3, and;
  3. You will help correct the Omega-3/Omega-6 imbalance by tipping the scales toward the Omega-3s.

The longer you regularly enjoy Xocai Omega Squares, the closer you will get to the ideal Omega-3/Omega-6 ratio.

If you have never tried Omega Squares antioxidant chocolate, don’t be fooled by the fact that they are nutritious. First-time Xocai reviews are universally positive from all my Cave Creek Arizona friends. In fact, one of the best MLM secrets is the fact that Xocai Omega Squares (sometimes called New York Times Chocolate) do not taste like traditional health supplements. A healthy life is not based on denial, but choosing wisely.

Choose Xocai healthy chocolate.
